Sense effects

With the exception of power usurpers, leaders are appointed based on competencies, skills and immediate needs. Performing the leadership role is not restricted to just giving guidance, orders and counter-orders. You must be aware of the time limit for the role and, above all, prepare potential replacements for the same space or who may be projected to meet other demands in different locations. It is a school of leaders under the aegis of a leader and not a fiefdom ruled by an absolutist despotic, interested solely and exclusively in perpetuating himself in power and making the position he occupies a tool at the service of distorted egocentric values.

Authoritarian individuals, who perpetuate themselves on the throne, provoke phobias in their subordinates and also provide space for the development of other individuals of similar character. Fear of the tyrant contributes to the melting of relationships between those who make up the lower rung of the hierarchy. The apostle John suggests that love should contain tensions: “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love” (1 John 4:18). Uncertainty causes attitudes to fluctuate, sometimes due to insecurity, sometimes due to changes in regulations, sometimes as a matter of survival. The authoritarianism runs counter to democracy, freedom of expression, choice and conscience. On the other hand, the absence of leadership, the death of absolutes as value references, also undermines democracy.

If families practicing religious confessions have their foundations shaken by the earthquake of harmful influences of postmodernity and lose the ability to express love through words and actions, its repercussions will certainly shake institutions. Without the strength of family roots, it becomes very difficult for confessions to maintain their original hope. By extension, society will suffer and respect for absolutes will melt away. The testimony of the leadership of the absolutes determines the sense effects through which the worldview of children, adolescents and young people will be constructed.
